The mission of the North Carolina Association of Fire Chiefs is to enhance the knowledge, skills and abilities of the fire service through information, education, communication and action, which will best protect the firefighters and citizens of North Carolina.

The strategic vision of the North Carolina Association of Fire Chiefs is to be a highly visible organization, dedicated to providing leadership and direction through a cooperative, informed, and progressive manner.  Our goals are to:

 

 

• Provide education and training for executive development and management

 

• Collect and disseminate information and establish formal positions on relevant issues

 

• Administer mechanisms for networking

 

• Provide a process to address legislative issues
