The North Carolina Association of Fire Chiefs worked over two years to get our specialty license plate approved and passed through the general assembly and the North Carolina Division of Motor Vehicles, Specialty License Plate Division.

 

Plates can now be ordered by Fire Officers in your department.

2. You have Two Options for Submitting the Form and Fees:

a. Take to your local license plate agency
 

b. Mail it directly to NCDMV (Address at the top of the form), ATTENTION SPECIALTY LICENSE PLATE DIVISION.
